It is always good to bring in as much information with you regarding the site you are talking about or details on what you are proposing to do.
If you are thinking of buying a new house or section, it is advisable that you purchase a Land Information Memorandum (LIM) or Residential Property Information Enquiry (RPIE) for the property.
